Sibling registration for the 2018-2019 will begin in the month of November. Beginning this year enrollment applications will be completed online. Check your email for more details to come.

9th & 10th Grade Scholars College Night – Nov. 2nd , 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm at Heritage Academy-Gateway room 242. Come get information about financial aid, applying for colleges, and what you should be doing NOW to get ready for life after graduation!
Visual Arts Department
Candy Buy Back – Bring your Halloween candy to Lydian Dental November 1st from 8 am – 5pm and trade it in for money for the Art Department. All candy will be donated to the Feed My Troops Drive. Location: 21295 S. Ellsworth Loop Rd. Suite 103, Queen Creek, AZ 85142
Donate 2 ways: 1) Scholar and parent can deliver the candy to the office and receive $2 per lb. ($1 to child, $1 to participating school, up to 5lbs per child).
2) Scholars can bring the candy to Mrs. Haggerton’s Art class (Rm. 120) on Wednesday morning Nov. 1st. The school will deliver the candy to the dental office. $2 will be donated to the school.
Scholar Council Announcements
Rummage Sale – Scholar Council plans to have a rummage sale at the Fall Festival this year. If you would please consider donating items for the sale, we would greatly appreciate your contributions. Penny Wars – The NHS Penny Wars ends this Thursday! Collect all of the change that you can and bring it in to your Homeroom (2B) class. The class with the most money will win a special prize. All donations will go to Habitat for Humanity to assist in their effort to rebuild houses damaged by the recent hurricanes. So please, empty out your pockets and purses so we can collect as much money as possible. Thanks and good luck.
ECA Tax Credit – We are very proud of the fantastic fall sports season that our athletes are having. Please continue to spread the word about the ECA tax credits and recruiting new scholars to come to our campus. These will help in our chances for starting construction on the new gymnasium/auditorium.
PTO would like to thank all parents that donated to the classroom baskets. We will have some really nice baskets to bid on at the fall festival. We are still seeking help with the festival that is just around the corner. The PTO is in need of cases of water, soda(regular, diet, root beer or sprite) and individual 1 oz bags of chips. If you are out shopping this weekend and can pick up any of these items and drop them at the school office it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and see you at the festival.
