Meetings are normall held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at our campus. (No December meeting). Due to current circumstances, all meetings have been virtual. Please check back for an update on meeting times or a link to participate.

Nominations will be presented for all Board Vacancies.

Additional nominations are welcome from the floor.

Budgeting for Annual Activities and Long-Term Projects.

A vote on Budget Items will not occur in this meeting.

·        Meeting Calendar

A meeting calendar will be determined for the rest of the school year.

General Aug 18, 2020 at 7pm ·        Board Member Elections

Each year, six new board members are elected for two-year terms.

Additional board vacancies may be filled for one-year terms.

Vacancies for two-year terms are filled first.

All attending parents and staff may vote.

Board Sep 1, 2020 at 7pm ·        Nominating Committee Report

Nominations will be presented for all Board Officers.

Additional nominations are welcome from the floor.

Coordinate a Carpool:

The PTO does not do the coordinating for you. However, the PTO provides a contact map, via which you can find and contact others who are also interested in Carpooling. Sign up here to be added to the map.

You can also contact Hop Skip Drive or VanGo which offer transportation for students from their home to their school, and back, plus after school activity transportation. Heritage Academy has no affiliation with either of these companies.
