Canyon Athletic Association (CAA) is transitioning from Game Source to a new online platform called Bound for all athletic registrations and forms. Athletic packets will be due by August 1st, 2025.
Moving forward, all families will need to complete the athletic packet through Bound. Once you create your account, you will be able to access, complete, and submit all required documentation for your student-athlete.
The link to create your Bound account is attached here to help make this transition as smooth as possible. Reminder: Physicals are required each school year. If you are in High School and have previously completed the concussion training, please upload the most recent certificate. All incoming freshmen will be required to take the concussion training again.
