If you were dropped from your dual enrollment courses because of Rio’s purge, follow the directions below to get registered again and pay for your spring tuition. 

  • Log in to maricopa.edu
  • Click on the “Student Center” tab at the top of the screen
  • Enter Rio username and password and get through Duo Security
  • Click on the “Manage Classes” tab
  • Click “Class Search and Enroll” on the left hand side of screen.
  • Scroll down to Spring 2026 for Rio Salado College
  • Enter the section number ( ex: for HIS111 you would enter 21007 for the spring term) which can be found on your Dual Enrollment Google Classroom page.
  • Click on the box which contains the course name and number (ex: HIS111).
  • Click on the next box which should have your instructors name (ex; James Russell).
  • Select “Enroll” from the dropdown “Action” menu.
  • Click “Submit.”

If you received a green check mark, you are registered for the class.  Once register you have until the  following Monday to avoid being dropped due to Rio’s purge.  The final day to self-register is Monday, February 16th.  After this day, a representative from Rio will need to register you for the class.  Tuesday, February 24th is the FINAL day to register and pay.
